Where these come from, and who gets paid
We buy directly from workshops in the Kathmandu Valley. Each listing names the workshop or artist where we can, the year it was painted, and the materials — and we only claim mineral pigment or real gold when we have verified it.
Nothing we sell is antique. Every piece is contemporary work by living painters, so nothing leaves Nepal that shouldn’t.
