Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from this site. Nothing in them removes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is shown separately at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and will refund in full if you don’t want to proceed at the correct price.

Orders and stock

Each listing is a physical painting. Adding it to your cart reserves it for 30 minutes; your order is confirmed when Stripe confirms payment, and we email a tax invoice. If a payment is declined or times out, the reservation is released.

Delivery

See Shipping. Risk passes to you on delivery; goods are insured in transit.

Descriptions

We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including materials, size, origin and year painted. Colours on screen vary. If a piece is not as described, contact us and we will put it right under the Australian Consumer Law.
