Shipping

From our stock in Australia — nothing ships from overseas. A$65 flat, insured, signature on delivery; free on orders over A$3,000. Dispatched within 1–2 business days. Metro 2–3 business days, regional 3–5. Unmounted paintings ship rolled, painting side in, in a rigid tube; mounted pieces ship flat in a crate. Tracking is emailed when the courier collects.

Outside Australia: not yet — ask us and we’ll quote.

Returns and refunds

Change of mind: 14 days from delivery. Email us, send it back in the condition it arrived in (rolled the same way, in the same tube), and we refund the painting price once it’s inspected. Return freight is at your cost unless the piece isn’t as described.

If something is wrong: damaged in transit, not matching the listing, or a fault — that’s on us. Australian Consumer Law gives you a repair, replacement or refund depending on the problem, and for a serious problem you choose. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Hanging and care

• Hang away from direct sun, heaters and damp walls.
• Roll from the bottom, painting side in, around the tube it came in. Never fold.
• Dust with a soft dry brush. No water on the painted surface.
• Framing behind glass is fine; ask for acid-free backing and an air gap.
